How to return or exchange

Make a return or exchange is easy and simply sending us your request to our Customer Care Officer (CCO)cs@rococo-fashion.com not beyond SEVEN (7) days of goods receipt.
Please make sure you send your item(s) back to us within FOURTEEN (14) days after receiving the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returned merchandise should be in good condition with all packing materials.



Size and/or Color Exchange

If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, choose the replacement size and/or color, and send us a request containing the order number and item detail. However all exchanges are based on stock availability.

Upon received the request, our CCO shall reply you the merchandise availability together with the approved RMA number in 3 working days. If no stock is available for exchange, you may request a refund; card refund may take up to TEN (10) days after receiving your returned item.

Rococo only takes courier fee of resend item(s). Courier fee of return and duties & tax shall be borne by customers; and returned item(s) shall be sent out in FOURTEEN (14) days upon confirm with us for exchange or refund.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Rococo, and you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a custom broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

We only accept exchange one time in each purchase.



Free Exchange

If an item is faulty, we offer free exchange. You may send us a request by email, provide details, such as pictures and condition, etc. Our CCO will reply and confirm you the stock availability in 3 days. If there is no replacement of goods, we shall arrange refund of purchase price of fault goods, courier fee and tax to your credit card in 10 days after receiving the returned item. Courier fee, taxes of replacement unit are borne by us.



How to ship the Return Item

You will receive a RMA number and courier pick up number from our CCO for sending back the fault item. You shall send out the merchandise not later than FOURTEEN (14) days.



Late Return

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within FOURTEEN (14) days of receiving the RMA number. Returns beyond these time frames will not be accepted by Rococo.



Our Policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Rococo and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Please email cs@rococo-fashion.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Rococo and designer garment tags.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.



Important information

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
